Services Provided

People come in for therapy to seek help for many different reasons. Some are dealing with issues at work or school, or may be experiencing a feeling of "burn out". Others are struggling with complicated relationships regarding romantic partners, spouses, or family members and hope to enhance and strengthen these relationships. There are those who may have difficulty sleeping at night and want to come up with reasonable solutions. Some are feeling lost and alone in this fast-paced, competitive, consumer-driven society, leaving them wondering, "Who am I, really?" and, "How can I make any difference in this world?" Regardless of the issue(s)-at-hand, people come in for help to overcome obstacles and to promote growth.
